All Engineered HVAC is very professional and it's clearly apparent that they pride themselves in doing the job right the first time. You might be able to find a price cheaper, but you will end up going to these guys to cleanup the mess that the other guys make. They are totally worth every penny spent!

The Tech was great, he knows his business. He came went directly to the issue, fast and neat. I am extremely happy.

In July of 2019, our 20 year old AC died. With 2 dogs and pre-existing health conditions of our own, we were very nervous about finding an HVAC contractor who could recommend and (quickly) install a new AC system. We hired All Engineered HVAC for a few key reasons:

1) Unlike the 3 other contractors who provided estimates for a replacement unit, Stephen took the time to diagnose and explain to me why--in addition to the new outdoor unit--we needed to augment the duct work that sends cool air all over the home (1940's era cape cod). Stephen helped me understand that the old ducts were too narrow, and as a result, it would mean a noticeably higher temperature in the upstairs compared to the downstairs. SO glad we followed his advice because our upstairs is as cool as the downstairs, even on 90 degree days!

2) EVERYONE at All Engineered HVAC is delightful to interact with. The Schlesinger family cares about their clients and understands the urgency associated with having HVAC issues during extreme weather.

3) They're a local, family-run business (which means they care about the community they serve).

As you can hopefully tell, I cannot say enough positive things about these great people. We're now due for our 1 year maintenance appointment, and I'm excited to see Stephen and the team again!

We had a complicated problem with our furnace in Lyndhurst where the heat would shut off after a while but the blower fan would still run. The solution tuned out to require both duct work and replacement of the heat exchanger.

Stephen and his crew at All Engineered HVAC did an excellent job getting our furnace in working shape. They explained the issues in detail and clearly stated what they were doing and why. All costs were stated up front and when it came time to do the work they were professional in their duties and stayed to make sure everything was working before leaving for their next job. They invoice through e-mail and payments can be made online.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work All Engineered HVAC did for us and would highly recommend them.
