Ron is terrific. He explained the repairs and showed me the broken parts.

Tech was prompt, friendly and professional. He was able to make the necessary repairs and answered all questions. I have been very pleased with the service from Dor-Mar. Timely and efficient.

Rick and Ward did an awesome job. Both guys were very nice and answered all my questions and even helped me out on another issue which was greatly appreciated !!! I also would like to point out that Stone who came and inspected the old heater was very informative and also very helpful . Thanks guys .

I never write reviews, but DO NOT select this company. Here are 3 reasons
1. If you expect them to follow the COVID protocols-they don't. kind makes you question the reputation
2. If you care about your time and scheduling is important-select another company. They scheduled my service (routine maintenance), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before they could send someone at the time they scheduled.
3. If money is important-select another reputable company
I was quoted 70.00 dollars for a filter (Amazon sell the exact one for 44) Then they charged 100.00 for the filter, plus they charged installation of the filter which should have been covered in the maintenance fee. Also, they charged $159.99 for the year service maintenance and $45.00
So this filter change cost over $300
4. Don't try talking to a manger- they don't come to the phone
I wish I would have read the BBB reviews. They have several 1's and many of us would rate this company a zero or negative rating. (BBB rating has nothing to do with reviews)

Stay away from this company. They are in the business of purchasing reviews. Technician stopped by Friday and misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace without running an actual diagnostic.

What was quoted to me as 2,400$ to fix in two months. Actually cost 12$ to fix in 15 minutes.

Company is also in the business of replacing parts instead of actually fixing them. They are also in the business to upsale brand new furnace.

Quick response time and quality work. Brian helped us identify and fix a furnace issue within hours of contacting Dor-Mar, and at no additional cost other than the service call. 👍

Tom and his assistant provided the usual outstanding service we have always experienced with Dor-Mar. They also provided the information we needed to be sure we have no problems this winter. Thank you.

Ward & Cody installed a new furnace for me after it was found mine had holes in the heat exchanger. They arrived on time, were very professional, got the job done quick, and walked me through things before they left.

Chris and Anthony were very professional performing Duct Cleaning services. Explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond. I would recommend them for future work.

Brian was polite and did an amazing job. Every experience we have had with Dor-Mar has been high quality people and work.

My air conditioner went out Friday at my business office, I called Dor Mar this morning and Doug came out today on a Saturday and fixed it in an hour!. I'm so happy with his service and my employees will be too come Monday morning! 😊
