I use Morris Heating & Cooling all the time for my maintenance. They are on time, fast, friendly, professional. No matter who the technician is, they have all been great.

I live in Florida and my 86 year father is in Sidney. He called this morning...his furnace was out and it was -10 degrees outside. I called Morris and explained the situation and they told me they would get over there as soon as they could. I talked with my father and they came over and fixed it within a couple hours. They charged me less than $100 for the whole thing and provided fantastic service! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services! Thank you so much for helping my father and me!

No cool air coming from the AC on 90 degree day! The lady who answered was pleasant and helpful and we were able to have a technician out shortly after the phone call was finished. The technician was prompt, curtious, and had us back up and running in a short time. We will highly recommend them!

Came in on short notice and quoted with 3 different way to get the job done, with 3 different prices with 3 different prices for equipment AND offered a recommendation for each and overall. Came in and did the job (full air and heat on a house with no duct work) and had it done in 3 and a half days. Crew is fantastic and courteous, I even let them in the house and just left for work bc I could trust them! They locked up and cleaned up. Never "changed work" or prices or ran into any "snags." Up front and honest men. Broke the job down and answered ALL my questions as they went and explained so I could understand. Overall- my go to for HVAC from here on out. I can't say enough praise!

VERY PLEASED with Morris and the technician who came out to my home today. I smelled something that was off when my furnace would kick on. Called and they were at my house within a few hours. Technician found that my chimney was completely blocked and we had to shut down usage of the furnace immediately. He was going to perform maintenance and inspect the furnace but I would need a chimney sweep to clear my chimney blockage. He never pressured me into replacing my 30 year old fuel oil furnace, which is what I expected he would do. So, he gained my trust. Instead of having him work on the furnace, I went ahead and had him order me a new one. They gained my trust, respect, and all future business because of the no-pressure tactics and his thoroughness in checking and explaining everything to me. The service company I had inspect my furnace 2 months ago obviously missed a HUGE issue that honestly couldn't have killed us because of the CO being emitted in my home. I am so glad I called.
