We have called Eagle Heating and Cooling several times over the past few years when we have had AC or furnace issues. The most recent time was this morning. They have always been very accommodating with our busy schedule and extremely fair and honest. We keep asking them if we need to replace our 20 year old AC system and rather than sell us a new system they continue to save us lots of $ and get our current AC up and running for another year! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and honesty.

They were quick to respond, friendly, meticulous, got the job done very efficiently, even on a after hours call, & fair in their pricing. They also specialize in mobile homes. We're very happy & satisfied with them fixing our central air unit. If we ever need them again, we'll always call them. Thank you for your specialty service in saving our central air unit.

I enjoy that they came on time. They generally send you a text that they are on their way. When they got to my home, my kids are so excited to watch them work. The guys didn't mind, and let my kids sit back and watch. Then the best part of all, the giant box. My kids had a blast playing with a giant box of the new furnace and AC unit came in.

We had our central air unit installed in our new home May of 2016. Weeks after the tech left, we had issues with no cool air blowing out of the vents. After 2 service calls that summer, the issue occurred again at the beginning of the next summer. In the summer of 2017 we had 2 different techs out for a total of 3 times. They said the issue was resolved. This summer, our ac broke again. After arguing with the company that we would not be paying a fee since the issue was on their end, we finally convinced them to send someone. We had a tech out who was wonderful and finally found the real issue. Luckily everything was repaired. This week, the unit stopped working yet again. We had a tech out who determined the issue wasn’t with the unit but rather with a breaker, and charged us a full service fee of $140. After 7 service calls for their mistakes, and weeks spent every single summer without ac, they refused to work with us on the service fee when I called in to speak with management. I understand this last problem was OUR FAULT.. but with that being said; we have had 4 different people out here 7 times with issues to the unit and have been 100% understanding through the frustration. management refused to work with us on the service charge stating we were out of warranty. I don’t except something that was our fault to be fixed for free, but for the sake of good customer service, a lesser charge of even half would have gone a long way for us. The last technician who actually fixed the problem was great and very helpful, but the customer service with this company is less than ideal. After all the headaches we’ve went through, do yourself a favor and please hire a company who knows what they’re doing to install your unit. It’s not worth the headache and time spent dealing with it to hire this company.

As a school, we needed heat and quickly! We only had to cancel one day, and Eagle put in three units for us quickly, efficiently and at a great price. I just wish the students could have watched the crane! Thank you, Eagle Heating and Cooling----you're the BEST!!!

I called these guys to service AC and tune up my furnace in my newly bought house . They did an elaborate job. They are very professional and treat your house like it's their own. I Highly Recommend Eagle Heating & Cooling Inc to anyone!!

We recently had you install a new furnace and AC unit,then the next day the water heater stopped working. Gabe came out to look at it and cleaned the pilot light out and even ran out to get a new thermo coupler and it still wouldn't work. We wound up having you install a new one. Just wanted to say Gabe went out of his way to try to get the water heater to work,very impressed with him.

The Eagle team was incredible, They were on-time and super professional with the replacement of 2 hot water tanks and the conversion to Natural Gas. The team was meticulous with cleaning when they were done including the driveway. They continue to be my go to company.

Came out 3 times to come to find out another part needed changed also to ever my family went with out heat for 3 days & i have a 6 month old baby. I called they could come out on a sunday night but wanted $299. Instead of paying the 299. I called back on monday morning like the mgt told me too to be told they COULD NOT come out til March 30th because they had a very big job they just got and needed done. So a hour later i had my mother call as a new customer to see if they would tell her the say but they could come out to her home the same day or the next ! All because i did not want to pay the 299 service charge and only could afford the regular service charge of $89.
