Both times I've had the team at CMS to my home they've been amazing - they're prompt, friendly, efficient, neat, and they do really great work. I highly recommend them!

Water heater originally installed by Crawford 17 years ago finally failed to heat water. Called and Mike and Sam showed up. After quoting several options I decided on a new Bradford White hybrid electric heater. They picked up new heater and returned to install same day. Less than 24 hours without hot water, great response, service, installation at a very fair price. Same as it was 17 years ago. Mike and Sam were great to work with.

Dont recomend them ... I asked for a detailed invoice of the crazy price they charged me ... never did a breakdown of that .charged me over 500 for 1 reducer from 1 inch to 1/2 inch , 3 90 deg elbow , 3 couplers and 30 ft of 1 inch black pipe ,charged me for not coming perpaired to do a simple job while they went to get supplies...

CMS has helped us with 3 different plumbing service needs and, each time, they are knowledgeable, timely, and do quality work! They are now our go to service and we highly recommend them!

I used Crawford Mechanical Services to unclug a main drain due to water back up. Technician came on Monday, as scheduled, used a short drain snake, at a cost to me of $ 354.00, but had water back up again by Thursday. Called their office early on Friday to report the problem. This company was charging full price again for service and would not warrant their work. However, they sent another technician late on Friday "just to look". The man didn't attempt to unclug the drain and only offered as a solution digging exterior pipes at a cost of $2,000. The man was rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and clearly didn't want to be there. Called Nate,supervisor to report but never returned the call. This company has very poor costumer service, will give you all kind of run around and will take advantage of costumers with plumbing problems. They do not have your best interest in mind. Be cautious and careful to invite them into your home.

Our Water Heater died and Crawford Installed one the next day.. The guys did a great job, highly recommend!

I've been using Crawford Mechanical for years for our annual backflow test. They always show up when they say, and are in and out with no muss or fuss.

The most recent test, the technician noticed that our backflow is working overtime and recommended that we install a pressure reducing valve. The tech said that our water pressure is higher that it used to be due to city infrastructure improvements.
Normally, I'm skeptical about this sort of thing, but I'd been seeing the problems that the tech said can result from too much pressure.

The technician did have to move the installation back one day due to a part not being in stock. The actual installation was done quickly and professionally.

Everyone I dealt with here from the front office to the manager to the service tech was extremely responsive, polite and professional. Quality people and service!

I have been using Crawford for all my plumbing needs for about 6 years now. Always do a great job in fixing any issues I have ever had.

3-4 times what the job should have cost and the new sink leaks, but only when I use it. Couldn't be more unimpressed with the entire experience. Do it yourself from now on.
