I end up calling Element they were on the list and someone actually Answered the phone. The owner worked with my schedule and showed up on time. The cost was not bad, quite affordable.

My husband has no clue about furnaces, glad to find someone reliable Now this woman can sleep in peace.

He cared about our needs and was very friendly to our daughter.. he did his job right and stayed after he was done make sure we had any questions. Mike was very patient and understanding. After he repaired the initial issue something else on the furnace broke, so there was another waiting period, the week of Christmas. Through my frustration and annoyance with the warranty company, Mike felt my pain. He kept his word and made sure the job was finished.

When I called for an HVAC tune-up, they got me on the schedule immediately. The technician arrived on-time and cleanly dressed. He was very professional and personable. He took time to explain what he was doing and how I could monitor/maintain my equipment between check-ups. He answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend Element to my family and friends.

We had a bird stuck in our chimney on Christmas Eve and our furnace turned off and starting buzzing. Thankfully I called Element Heating and Cooling and they came right out despite it being Christmas Eve. I called so many other places and no one could come until Tuesday. They definitely saved our Christmas eve and Christmas day plans. In no time they found another bird in the blower which stopped the furnace. Thank you. We will definitely use them again.
