I came home to a leaking hot water heater after work. I’m not from this area so I was just calling the list of plumbers that were close. No one except Basinger has an “on call” and could come out that night. They were very quick on response and repair. The young man, I believe his name was Glenn, was very nice and understood how stressed I was. He got the repair and replacement done quickly and the price was good.
