Best service experience I’ve ever had. The technician was at my door within 25 minutes of my call. The technician’s name was Cliff, he was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. He had my furnace fixed in less than an hour. Prices were extremely reasonably. I will definitely all again for any of my other heating/AC needs.

We started using Forquer when our furnace abruptly stopped working in the middle of winter and they were the only company who would send somebody to us on a Friday afternoon without charging a ridiculous rate. We have since used them for a/c repair, a/c replacement, and HVAC maintenance. They've always been great to work with and have provided great customer service! We are members of their service club and plan to continue to use Forquer for any HVAC needs!

We recently needed a completely new A/C system for our house (outside compressor and air handler in the attic). Two other local companies were contacted and came out, but never followed up or returned my calls.
On a friend’s recommendation, we scheduled an appointment with Forquer . . . and are glad we did. They responded quickly and were thorough and knowledgeable in their assessment of what needed to be done. Throughout the installation process, Chuck and his crew were professional, personable, and efficient. It was reassuring to see such an experienced and organized group dealing with every aspect of the project. And Joe was very comprehensive in his follow-up inspection of the work.

We had an awful smell coming from out vents and knew it wasn't the common problem of "burning dust". At not fault to the tech (Mike), the problem wasn't identifiable on the 1st visit at 2:30pm. However, 8 hrs later when the motor finally crapped out, Mike came right back w/o issue and replaced the motor. He had such an awesome attitude for it being 11:00 on a Saturday night. I will most certainly be recommending Forquer to anyone that I can.. Also my wife & I will be using them exclusively from now on. Can't say enough about Mr. Browns attitude and professionalism. We now have heat again w/o the smell and more importantly we feel safe knowing that Mike has taken care of us.
