I was so relieved when Joe J.(service tech) was able to fix my almost 30yr old A/C unit. He was so knowledgeable on my system, and in his field in general. Made me feel comfortable and got my system up and running very quickly. I appreciated him "repairing" instead of just trying to get me to replace it like I know many companies would have just to make more money. By fixing it he got a very happy and now loyal customer who will recommend Forquer to everyone in need of HVAC help. Thank you for treating & seeing me as a person and not just $$. My family and I very much appreciate it!!!!!

Replaced water heater. Michael was awesome! Came out same day I called. Love they send a picture of the serviceman ahead of arrival.
Michael checked out the old unit & determined we needed a new one- old one was 11 years old. Came back the next day and installed new water heater.
