This is my 3rd time using Forquer and all three visits have been flawless. Originally I had my AC unit go out. They offered a loaner since my unit would take a week or so to be in stock and installed. My blower motor also went out and they were the only place I called. David C was at our house today and was very helpful, informative, and professional. Thank you for your prompt response and your standard of customer service. Please recognize David!

Mike was able to find a refrigerant leak that has been an issue for a couple of years. He is very diligent and knowledgeable. GREAT service tech!!

Unfortunately our AC broke down after hours on Friday night of the holiday weekend. Called Forquer at 10pm and got a return call from Cliff shortly thereafter. He was willing to come to our house that night but we weren't suffering so we said we could wait until the next morning. Cliff arrived as promised, found our problem within a few minutes and had our AC up and running within an hour. He explained everything as he worked and was very friendly and professional. Even though we weren't expecting the cost at the moment, it's just part of maintaining a home and can't be avoided. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be using their services in the future!!

Annoying floor shaking vibration problem seemed serious, but was corrected by Cliff in less than 15 minutes. Yay.

Forquer Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace for me. The technicians arrived on time, installed the furnace, checked it out and cleaned up after themselves. They did a very professional job. Very satisfied with their work. Would definitely use Forquer again!

Cliff was super great. Did work we requested and noticed a problem that was coming and fixed that too. He was courteous and personable. The fee for the service was fair and reasonable. Will definitely be using them for future issues. We will request Cliff if he's available.
