Chuck and all his co workers did an awesome job!! Everything looks great! They cleaned up after also! Chuck Explained everything to me which is very helpful! The Air Conditioner is also working very efficient!

Cliff is professional, friendly, and goes about his work with a great attitude. I like to watch contractors work, as you learn a lot, and Cliff is patient, explains what he's doing, and doesn't seem to mind me following him around. Jim is lucky to have him as an employee.

Our technician from this company came out this evening after the heat stopped working in my apartment on Christmas Eve. We were told by property management that we needed an entire new furnace, but he got it up and running and performed necessary service checks (CO monitoring as the safety system(s) had been bypassed at some point). Thankful for Devin for being such a great knowledgeable and professional individual!!

I've used Forquer Heating & Air Conditioning for seveal years for routine furnace & a/c maintenance and repairs. They have also recently installed a new hot water heater on very short notice. I've always found their entire team of people to be very responsive, from the owner, office staff and technicians. Everybody is always very professional, courteous and provides quality service at a great price.

Some additional work needs to be done with our water heater. Need new breaker put in. We are requesting Justin to do the job. Great guy. He installed our water tank at our house we just sold. He said forquer does all the HVAC work here at 7 stories condominiums. Good to know. Thanks
