They did a great job . They were able to fit me in the same day I called and were ontime . Fair and honest guys friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I called them about a concern that I had with my AC unit, they came at the time they said they would come and helped us to understand the issue. They are very knowledge. We are looking forward to use them again in the future.

A ONE HVAC services greater Cincinnati and did a great job replacing my old broken ac (blew hot air) with a Tempstar unit (10 year warranty). It was for a fixer upper house so time was not of the essence and they knocked it out over 2 different Saturdays...

Scope of work:
---> replaced AC unit (both inside and outside)
---> added new duct run to family room
---> moved return duct to new spot in house

Pros:
---> Very affordable price point
---> Reliable communication
---> Cleaned up after completion
---> Everything still works 3+ months later

Cons:
---> Wasn't able to fix fan only mode on my smart thermostat due to wiring mess on the units board. Would have been $$$ to replace and more so the result of previous home owner and whoever serviced it in the past!

Always a good idea to shop around by price and who you are comfortable with but so far so good!

Woke up this morning to a house at 57 degrees, furnace not working. Called this LOCAL company and he was hear in 25 minutes, fixed in 10 on a SATURDAY MORNING!!
