Very scary driver driving a company car don't know who it is but their Van was going in-and-out of traffic on 35 Is going from Xenia to Dayton. I was going 62 in a 55 Whoever was driving the Van was going about 80.

I called Viking to come look at my ac unit and asked for a quote for a complete replacement while the tech was here. That was on a Thursday. The ac repair was going to run nearly $2500 on a unit that was already 15 years old. I chose to go with the quote. I was impressed that there wasn't a hard up sale when decide on a ac and furnace combo. The next day I received a phone call from Jack the owner asking if he could do a walk through with me on Tuesday as Monday was Memorial Day. Meet with the Jack and explained our scheduling conflicts and he offered to have a crew out the next day to start work. A 4 person crew showed up and had the old system removed and the majority of the new installed and the ac functional by the end of the day. They came on day two with two man crew and plumbed up a dehumidifier and finished up with the furnace side of the install. They were packing up and leaving by lunch.

As mentioned I was impressed that there was never a hard sale approach. Jack making a personal appearance to explain what I was getting and the benefits to what I had ordered meant a lot. I was impressed with a 4 person crew showing up for day one, and making sure the ac was functional before leaving that evening. The professionalism of making sure the wore booties and removed them every time they walked into the garage was impressive with as many trips as it required to complete the install. All installers were friendly and willing to answer any questions asked of them.

All in all I would say it was an incredible experience and would gladly use Viking again.

Thank you for our new Tempstar AC! We called on Wednesday afternoon for service.... tech arrived and determined we needed a new unit, it was from 1996. Friday morning they installed our new unit along with a new UV light and we couldn't be any cooler!

Jack and his team are simply the best. We have used them for several years now to install new systems at our manufacturing company, and repair and install new units in our home and our rental. Highly highly recommend Viking!!!

Viking has now replaced our AC and Furnace in a span of 6 months. Naturally both systems died at the worst times (AC in mid summer) and our furnace (on a single digit night). With the furnace Jamie had to come out on both a Saturday and Sunday to help us keep the heat on. When I called on Sunday and told Brittany that our old furnace had died over night again, she sounded genuinely concerned. When we decided that it was time to replace our furnace, Jamie even offered to do the install of a new furnace that day (Sunday). However, we had heat at the time, so I told him we could wait and make do as others had lost heat too. He even offered his personal kerosine heater in case we lost heat again! Viking provides great personal service, and we have been very pleased with their help and expertise.

I called to have my AC unit looked at. They scheduled for following day with a 2 hour window. I received a call to let me know my tech was running behind and that we were next stop, I really appreciated that! The tech was professional and had us up and running in an hour. He was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied with his service. It's nice to use a small business because you can't beat the personal service. Will use again without hesitation.

I am very pleased with our new TempStar unit. It's incredibly quiet and gets the job done. Viking associates, Chris, Gary and Mitch couldn't have been any more professional and helpful when showing us our new system. Chris broke the bad news that we needed a new system but was so knowledgeable in helping us finding one to suit our needs. No high pressure sales tactics and very accommodating. Gary and Mitch did a phenomenal job with the installation and cleanup. Gary talked us through our thermostat and what to expect from our new system. Completely professional and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Look no further for your HVAC to be repaired, maintained, or replaced. Viking heating & air saved the day for us and from this point ON they will be who we call when we have an issue with our system! I wish I had seen the reviews for Robinson Heating & Air in Middletown before I called them. EVENTS THAT HAPPENED: Our AC stopped working. I sent a message on their website telling them the make, and model of the HVAC. I also told them that the prior AC guy said that we might have to replace the mother board. They came out didn't even look at the mother board. My hubby said he said something about a sensor and by the time my hubby had finished speaking to me he had made the repair ( without quoting a price, without being given the ok to proceed) basically said if we want to keep the air going we had to pay him. This is what Mark said to him. This cost us over $400. My hubby said why so much and his response was "well it cost to put it in". He wasn't even there an hour. This was on Friday. On Sunday July 4th it stopped working again. I called them again and when someone finally called me back he gave me attitude on the phone. So I let my hubby talk to them. Don't know who came out BUT they said we needed a new mother board ( which should have been checked previously) guy said to get the AC working he bypassed the board and left saying he'd call us 7-6. He also didn't tell us we couldn't adjust or turn off the air when he left. Today is 7-6. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. At this point in time WE ARE DONE DEALING WITH THEM AS THEY ARE CLEARLY INCOMPETENT. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. THEY EVIDENTLY HIRE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. You can see my review for them on Google as well. We were quoted almost $600 to fix the problem (company never called, they just responded to my review on Google ). We had our system fixed NOT FOR THE $500+ amount he quoted in his response but, for only $192. The tech that came in from VIKING HEATING & AIR said the way the system was rigged to give us air conditioning SHOULD NEVER EVER BE DONE LIKE THAT. I feel as though Robinson should pay what is going to be an outlandish electric bill since we couldn't turn off or adjust the temp. This company has a history of OVER CHARGING. A friend told us after he heard we called them that he wanted a new system. Robinson quoted $12k. He got his new system for a little over $3k FROM VIKING. If VIKING HEATING AND AIR can service your area CALL THEM! You won't be disappointed. Will warn EVERYONE I know to NEVER EVER USE ROBINSON and.....TO ONLY USE VIKING HEATING & AIR. Viking you have a customer for life! We can't thank you enough!!! THANK YOU....THANK YOU....THANK YOU!!!!!

We needed a completely new AC system. We called five different companies for quotes. By far- Viking responded more quickly and professionally than anyone and also had the best quote and warranty! They took care of replacing everything very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with our comfortable, evenly cooled home!
