Russell Voris was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the issue in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend him and the company to others if they have more employees with experience like Russ.

Our AC Unit went out on us when when we first moved into our house. They came out and replaced the Unit with a brand new unit. This unit had some problems that we discovered over the next 2 months, but they were able to warranty out the parts and get us squared away. Frustrated it took 2 months, but they kept with us as the unit itself was faulty and not their fault. Appreciate the hard work and quick responses!

Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and tightened everything back up. Very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this service.

Homeowners Beware !!
This company ARE NOT REGISTERED CONTRACTORS. They DO NOT PULL PERMITS. Not sure if they are insured but I would definitely check into it before hiring them. SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. They don’t have qualified Technicians. Are Not State license Not to mention Not even Nate certified.
They also use several different names they go under.

Russell and Cameron were great. They quickly found the issue with our A/C and got it working quickly. They were professional and knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

Service wasn’t completed. Tech was sent to my house when I was not home. Emailed and texted that I wouldn’t be there. No one responded to reschedule when I would be home.

Russell Voris diagnosed the heating problem on Monday (1st visit) as a bad control board, and by Tuesday morning before 10 am, he had replaced the board and repair was complete....just in time for the colder Ohio weather. Awesome job by the Rapid Heating & Air team.

They were very pleasant but professional and took care of our issues. We had to reschedule several times due to rain but they squeezed us in ASAP.
