Randy was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and figured out issue that wasn't exactly furnace related. They also moved things around to get to my house on short notice with furnace out and 25 degrees outside

I would not recommend this company. I needed someone to come out because I had no heat and the lady told me that they could not get to me until Monday that they already done their jobs in the north the day before,I am sorry my heat didn’t go out the day before. My heat went out on Saturday. Also she was rude. She also said that they would call me Monday to set up a time to come out and they have not.
Oh that’s a lie that’s not what you told me on the phone. You said we’ve already done our northern area and I cannot get to you until Monday is what you said I don’t need your help anymore. I have canceled the job.

Russel came in and fixed our A/C today and was very quick and kind to us. We hadn’t had the best experience with the previous company we tried to work with; so when he came in and was on- time, fast, pleasant, and informative, it was like a breath of fresh air (literally!). He spoke to us after and gave us a lot of good and necessary information that we didn’t know since we’re very new to home owning. We could not have asked for a better experience and will be using this company again for sure.

Russell and Cameron were the most experienced and professional individuals that I have ever dealt with. The first time that I met them, they were truly caring about our situation and they made sure that me and my family were safe and they did not cut any corners. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs just a repair or a whole new furnace! We are customers for life! Thanks guys for doing an outstanding job!

Russell and Cameron replaced our AC, coil and repaired our furnace. They ran into some issues and went above and beyond to get the job done for us. Really nice guys and they communicated every step of the way. Appreciate them and would recommend them.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Russell and Cameron. It’s the hottest part of the summer and humid and they weren’t due to come till Monday which was set up by my home warranty and they called three days earlier and said they could come over. Saved my sanity. Professional, kind, described what they were doing in terms a lay person could understand. Would definitely recommend!

Steve was sent to my home from a warranty repair request. He was able to fix the issue with my furnace, answer my questions/give advice, and even spotted an issue with the exhaust system coming from the water heater. Very thankful for his help to get us up and running again safely
