We moved into our home in October and the baseboard pipes were so noisy in my daughter’s room when the boiler turned on that she couldn’t sleep in there. I was told by others that we may have to have pipes bled, gaskets added, major service repairs, etc. Then...the system started making a really loud chirping noise intermittently. Gerry came out and could have charged me a fortune for a bunch of things that wouldn’t have fixed our actual problem. Instead...he found that the pipe hangers in the basement just needed to be tightened and some oil needed to be added to some part in the boiler. The fix was simple and the price was cheap...but what I appreciated most was the honesty. He didn’t do a bunch of unnecessary work just to inflate the bill. He fixed our problem and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend!

Gerry was great! Not only did he fit us in but he worked efficiently, explained everything he was doing and gave future recommendations. Will definitely be calling Gerry for all of our future HVAC needs!

Dealing with George and Jerry was a pleasure. We had a double whammy when after 15 years both the furnace and hot water tank became an issue. George came over within a couple hours of my call to check the problems. By the following Monday afternoon we had a new furnace and hot water tank. That's what I call excellent service and why Zadnik will be the only HVAC company I'll call with plumbing, heating or A/C issues.

Woke up this morning, looking at an 85 degree high, and my AC unit was not blowing any cold air. The house had reached 74 degrees by 8:30am and was only going to go up from there. Having a 1 year old at home I knew I needed to get this fixed today. Called Zadnik Heating and Air Conditioning and they were at my house within an hour.
