All Points East Heating & Cooling

HIGHLY recommend this company. They came out to our house on a Saturday to fix the heater as it was not working. They were out here in 15 minutes and finished work in 30 minutes. Extremely nice and professional. I spoke to another company prior to coming out and they were going to charge me $199 just for the service call before fixing everything. All Points East did all of the work including the service call for less than that. So thankful!

Prompt, affordable, and excellent service. We called all points last year when our heat wasn’t working & Dave came out and fixed the problem quickly. Ever since then, we use all points for all of our maintenance work & have always been satisfied.

Our a/c stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I looked up HVAC companies open on a Saturday. I called expecting to have an appointment scheduled in a few days, but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to come look at our unit the same day! The technician, David, was professional and friendly and fixed our problem within 20 minutes. Very happy to have a cool house again and will use them again in the future.

Charlie has serviced our home since before we moved in 6 years ago. Our experiences with All Points had been great and very affordable. We have radiator heating throughput our house. We lost our heat once on a negative wind chill day and Charlie came out immediately and got our heat back. And he guaranteed his work on our radiator system.
