LUXURY MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Same experience as some others. After a year they stopped returning calls to correct problems with the geothermal unit they installed in new construction, which was never installed properly to begin with. Turns out that the hot water generator was turned off and the humidifier was never connected. If your builder is considering using Luxury, suggest he look elsewhere.

We recently had our AC stop working randomly in the middle of the summer (80+ degrees all week). Luxury was recommended to us by a neighbor & they were prompt, efficient, & reasonably priced. We are relieved to have our AC back so quickly!

Don't answer the phone. Don't call back. I actually went to the location and talked with the owner but they never got back to me. They initially installed my HVAC system for the builder so that is why I reached out to them

Refuses to return calls for warrenty/service on their own installs for Slaske Building customsrs. Steer clear of this seedy vendor.
