The technician that was here found three sensors that were not functioning on my furnace they ordered the parts. Parts came in they were able to get paid by the warranty the furnace is back running. They did an excellent job

USA went above and beyond to help us with an urgent leak in our boiler pipes. This helped prevent costly damage. The professional who came out was respectful and knowledgeable. Their quick response and work prevented a catastrophe. I can’t thank them enough!

Very disappointed with there service,bought brand new trane furnace and central air conditioner 14 months ago and the ac unit stops working. They came down to fix it but they want to charge me for doing so. The gave me some bs story about my unit being tampered with but offered up no proof.the only proof they can come up with is that the unit would not have ran at installation with what they had found wrong. Well I'm sorry to say that it did and nobody person or animal messed with this unit. So I went out on a limb and recommended your company to friends of mine and now I have to go back and tell them what kind of bs this company is going to try to pull on them if anything go wrong with there units. Needless to say that I won't be handing out recommendations for this company ever again.

Had some work scheduled for a Friday at 8 am, my wife took day off to be home. Received a call at 830 uh Brian called off we have to reschedule, but we are booked all next week. Lol. Great job Brian you cost the company a loss job!

USA Heating & Cooling scheduled us for the next day, were actually EARLY to the appointment (which almost never happens) and made quick work of repairing our A/C. They cleaned out condenser at no extra charge too. Would recommend.

Had Brian come to the house today my ac needed recharged was very polite gave lots of information and was fast and professional charged my ac changed valve caps and cleaned the outside unit for me was more than happy with their service will use again for sure highly suggest them and the price is very good as well

Arrived exactly on time. Very polite. Price was reasonable. Matt went above and beyond to help me with the AC issues. He told me may take some time to get the house cool again and it did. He was very knowledgeable.
