Used them to install a unit and it worked great for about a week then I started having issues. They came back out 4 times and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Had a different hvac company come and look at it and it was low on freon because they didn't put enough in it to begin with. And of course they charged me the $95 service charge for every visit they made.

My wife and I had purchased a home that was a few years old. I had issues with the heating and air every since we purchased the home. Air was always running in the summer and heat running always in the winter. I then noticed over time the breaker started tripping in the electrical panel. I thought how could this be with the house only being 10 years old. I called Donnie Martin HVAC out to look at the unit. Little did I know just about everything the last contractor had done when the house was built was wrong. My electric bills was usually running about 500.00 a month for a 2000 sq ft home. Donnie and the crew had come out and installed the right unit inside and outside with some duct work. WOW what a difference. My home was always running in the poor energy efficient category. Now I am one of the top energy efficient homes in a 100 mile radius from the AEP energy report. The work they had done paid for itself. My new electric bill is about 45.00 monthly. what a huge difference and the house stays 3 times as cold in the summer and 3 times warmer in the winter months. If your looking for a great HVAC contractor this is the company you want to call! I would highly recommend!!!!! They were very kind courteous and very helpful. Everything they had done was explained very well. Its piece of mind... Now I can rest assure everything is fine. My old unit was a Goodman heat pump. My new unit is a 4 ton 15 seer unit with energy star... Sure hope this review helps anyone looking for a great contractor... As long as they are in business Donnie Martin HVAC is the guy I will be calling......

They done my duct work and done it very professionally everything is straight solid had little problem called they was there the next day to help with problem couldn’t ask for better service I would recommend them to anyone very friendly people so if your looking to have your HVAC done call Donny Martin
