I was very pleased with Brown's Heating and cooling they were there and got the job done within minutes

My main line to my septic was backed up. I had been fighting it for 2 weeks using snakes and other methods I'm usually a do-it yourself kinda person because I have a big family and money gets tight sometimes. Anyway it backed up and wife was not happy and I gave up and called. Dave Sandy from Browns came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning, great guy, used an electric auger and cleared the main pipe in a matter of minutes, was knowledgeable, and followed through with double checking for any other possible clogs. The price was very reasonable for an emergency call on a Saturday. I would recommend.

They did a good job getting ele back to working but they left a mess everywhere

My draining system was draining incredibly slow and downspouts were overflowing at the end of May in 2017. I had Browns out and paid them $150 for them to tell me that my sump pump was fully operational when I knew something was not right. A month later my sump pump backed up and destroyed my basement because of a collapsed tile. Browns took no responsibility and in dealing with their service manager, he was not willing to accept the fact they misdiagnosed the problem in the first place and made a mistake. Along the way there were many other head scratching moments that left me shocked and extremely dissatisfied. Definitely think twice before giving them a call. One of the worst customer satisfaction experiences I have ever dealt with.

All I can say is that I hope they don't treat every customer the way I was treated. If you are in a pinch and HAVE to use them request that the Tech Shawn doesn't come to your home. He's VERY unprofessional and caused more problems.

Theg have done a lot of work for us, very happy with everything and quick response.

A big thank you to Brown's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing! After a frantic call from my wife to them regarding a NASTY smell we thought was coming from the furnace, they sent a very tenacious technician out to help find/resolve the issue. As it turned out, it was not an issue with the unit. The tech refused to give up until he figured out what was causing the odor that we thought was coming from the unit. So thankful for him. He Saved the Day!

I paid this company to come to my home January 2016 to fix frozen pipes in a busted drain pipe. In the fall of 2016 we started to notice a smell from under the house. I had them come back out on 4/10/17 The bottom of my house was flooded because when they came out in January they never fixed the drain I was charged over $500 for something that was never corrected. After speaking to the manager or owner Brian he refuses to fix this problem and stand behind their work.

It was cold my daughter had the flu and water was leaking from a light fixture in my bathroom. Turns out the upstairs toilet was leaking. I called BROWN’S and Lindsey explained they were booked up but would get me taken care of for sure. She said they would call before they came. Kenny got there earlier than expected he did call when he was on his way he was professional and courteous and had the issue corrected in short order.
Can’t say enough about how impressed with Kenny and his professionalism we were.
I would definitely recommend BROWN’S.
