Looking to speak directly with owner because whoever they have answering the phones is completely unprofessional. We have 24 properties in Lima between 2 different companies. They sent a bill to a Sr. vs. Jr. Flagged our acct for non payment (we did not receive the bill). It was a simple misunderstanding and I would have paid on the spot. We have NO problems with contractors in Lima and use the same ones over and over. I have no problem with their work. They were responsive and quick. It is the blatant disregard for customer service by the person in charge of accounts. Total lack of professionalism. So now I'm on the look out for a new contractor for our properties out there. My review will be changed if/when I hear back from the owner. They tell me she will be in Monday. I do not write derogatory reviews but I'm honestly in shock. She literally just hung up on me and when I called back I heard her telling someone else in the office of the situation. I am the kind of person that would go out of my way to write a good review. I'm beyond baffled. As a business owner myself, I hope that the owner sees this because I would want to know if I had an employee with a poor attitude.

We use them at work, anytime there is a problem, they are out diagnosing the issue. Have not had any issues with them. They know their stuff and are pretty up front.

Brown's did everything you can ask for and more. They were polite, courteous, gave us great advice, saved us money both in the short and long term! They showed up on time and were able to complete the job in a fast manner. I barely even knew they were there. I highly recommend Brown's!!!

First of have been using browns for years they are a awesome company. Request Shawn the Technician as the only Technician. He does such a nice job very thorough and neat. Always goes the extra mile never leaves a mess. Used browns for annual service, sump pump installs, furnace installs, moving washer and dryer hook ups to a/c service they do it all. Will recommend browns to people I know.

Absolutely THE WORST company I have ever used! Hooked up plumbing backwards. Refused to correct the problem when brought to their attention without a second trip charge. Took HOURS of extra labor cost for something a COMPETENT company (or non-run up the bill company) could have fixed quickly and correctly! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFETIME! NOT PROFESSION, NOT HONEST, NOT RELIABE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! SHAME ON THIS NASTY BUSINESS.

Since January 1st we have had quite the mess at our house with our plumbing. Jack was amazing and so very helpful throughout the entire process. Brown's was quick to get us on the schedule and to keep it with the same technician so we weren't having to re-explain everything each time. When they had to refer us to a different company the technician stayed in contact to make sure we were being taken care of and everything was moving along. We will highly recommend Brown's to anyone who needs plumbing assistance!

Called for a quote. Got charged for service that was not provided. Got instructed to do the work myself and where to purchase parts then charged a service fee, for no service.

Honest company that do top notch work! They are also very timely.

I had a very bad experience with browns plumbing. I m an operator of a store in Allen county. my drains started getting backed up in the morning they had serviced the store last year. they made me wait till 5 pm and told me they could not fix it. I have almost 2000 customers using the restrooms everyday and they did not even consider the fact how am I going to fix the issue and made me wait for almost 9 hours to tell me they cant fix it. that is why I do not see them being a responsible business place.
NO browns for me any more.
