Just finished installing my new heat pump and air handler. My entire experience, from start to finish, was truly exceptional. I would give 6 stars if I could.

The entire staff; from the front office, to the owner, to the technicians were perfectionists in every way. From the first visit, each encounter was professional, respectful, pleasant, and most importantly.... patient. Everyone revealed a level of knowledge and experience about the products and overall profession to such a deep degree that they could even make me understand by effortlessly answering all my questions. Truly above and beyond.

S&S did pretty much anything I asked with a smile and a "Sure Thing" no matter how silly or complex it might have been. They were very respectful of my home and family making sure to not intrude, make a mess, or even walk around the home with their shoes on. For the most part we barely knew they were there even though they basically worked non-stop even with all of my “questions”. Once the job was done, the site was so clean you couldn’t even tell they were here, both inside and out.

Always good and diligent with their work. I've used them to service my furnace, replace my whole home humidifier, and install my AC. All top-notch service, and very respectful within the home. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC issues.

Unlike other HVAC companies, they don't use a 24/7 answering service, but when my heat went out at night, I left a VM, and had a call back in a couple of hours.

Did a great job on replacing my AC for a good price. No high pressure sales, just gave honest recommendations and had the lowest price. Very professional installation staff as well. Will use again without hesitation.

S & S Heating installed my Dad's A/C and Furnace units...they did a great job at fair price. Now, they have maintained his equipment and have been great with that service too. Thanks!

We had another company trying to regulate our heat in our bedroom on/off for over 2 years (new build). Mark was able to come out and offer a solution and fix it in the next trip. Great follow up and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Had a a/c clean and check done today . My brother recommended them . Fair price . They did a great job and the technician who came out was very helpful , polite and nice . He was very knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t have questions and understood the system and any possible issues I could have in the future. Will definitely be using them in the future for all of my heating and cooling needs.

I have been a customer for many years, never had any problem. Work was always done right the first time. S&S just installed a TRANE furnace and NAVIEN tankless water heater. Both work great.

We had to replace our whole HVAC system and we couldn’t have received better pricing and service then from them. Plus, you couldn’t even tell they were here! They cleaned everything up and disposed of all the old equipment. The guys were neat, clean and very respectable. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

The service came promptly on time, understood what was needed and explained what he would be doing. Devin was very thorough, checked our 2 A/C systems and serviced them. We have used S&S for 15 years and trust them.
