S&S has done the maintenance on my boiler for years, and recently installed whole house air conditioning in my older house in Cleveland Heights. They are professional, courteous, responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Their routine maintenance is exceptional and their installation work was as well. I would recommend them without reservations for heating or cooling work.

They did an amazing job installing my new 2.5 ton Trane AC unit. Mark SR. came out and looked over my very old unit and worked me up a cost and a plan to install a new unit. He was so nice and respectful. We agreed on a new Trane, and the install was scheduled about a week out. The crew that came out to install did an amazing job. When I came home after the install, I couldn't even tell they were there. They cleaned up everything and now I have a sleek brand new working unit, professionally installed. These guys know what they are doing and are very nice and respectful and treat your house, as if it was theirs.

My dad Gary just had them come to his house and install a new ac unit, furnace, and all new duct work. He is extremely happy with the work. So happy that we are having them come out to our business to get the ac unit done next.

Ricky, Lennord and Matt did a great job installing my new Trane furnace & air conditioning. Also installed a cold air return and straightened some ductwork that had been installed poorly by someone else. Everything is working great and looks good. I have been using S&S for over 12 years and have found them to be very honest. Recently I had them replace my Tankless Navien Combo for hot water and radiant floor heat. The system is awesome but complicated to install, this group has no problem navigating these challenges, very impressed!
