Integrity Heating & Cooling

Integrity is their name...what a LAUGH. The owners of this company rent RVs through RV share on the side. All I will say is that there was a time when a person's word meant something. Please be very careful in doing business with these folks, I see positive reviews, but please be careful. I was told in person that a fee would not be charged to me, and days afterwards it was-- when I attempted to reach out, I was again told it was a simple communication issue, and things would be made right. This was over a week ago as I type this. They then stopped answering my follow up messages, and calls. I assume they blocked my number, as I had to call from a different phone to finally get a response. Still no credit-- apparently they need the money more than I do!

Our AC went out on June 5th and I had a new unit installed on June 7th. I was able to describe the problems that I had over the phone and Larry knew exactly what was wrong. He did of course validate the following day as well by coming to our house. While installing the new AC Unit, a cracked heat exchange was discovered and we talked through the options. Larry showed me the cracks and this is a safety issue. New furnace installed on June 12th.
This is speed and quality all in one.
I had conversations with other HVAC companies in the area and Larry provided the most detail on every aspect.
On top of it all, Integrity came recommended from friends and there was 1 common theme from ALL of them. You can trust Larry and his Company. They do great work and can be trusted.
They are on time and do a great job of cleaning up when they're done.
In today's world when you're not sure if you're getting great service or what you want, rest assured, you will get what you want and need with Integrity. I am 100% satisfied with the high quality work.

This company and the employees are top notch , they specialize in fixing problems as well as heat and ac units , they installed my dual fuel system and saved me 2000 per year in propane . I will never use another hvac company . Thx to the guys at Integrity heating !
