I recommend Wise Heating & Cooling for any furnace or air conditioning repair. I had a 5 star experience with Wise H&C on my A C.3 other contractors told me my unit could not be repaired that it would have to be replaced. Wise H & C repaired my unit for far less than a new unit would cost. Tech Steve is one of best & honest in His profession.

The woman who schedules the service calls is very sweet and helpful. They got me in quick and fixed my problem. They were professional, and the service tech put up with my very curious dog always getting in his way. I would definitely recommend Wise and will use them in the future.

Wise was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. They provided a fair quote and promptly performed the installation on the agreed upon date. They answered all questions and returned the following day when the blower needed a minor adjustment. We could not be happier with their work.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at our house. From the initial meeting with Adam, we thought that we were in good hands. Alex and Phil, our installation crew, did a wonderful job in every aspect of the installation. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. I have nothing but positive things to say about Wise Heating & Cooling. Everyone I dealt with was nothing but professional. I had quotes from 3 other companies and a service call from another company. Bob came on the service call and laid out for me while he was there exactly what i would need with a couple of options.

Alex and 3 others were the install crew. They were very neat, put covers on their shoes and rolled out a long drop cloth to protect my floor in the entry way. They went right to work and seemed to have a system as to who did what. I am very happy with my new heat pump.

Everything was done very professionally.

Very responsive. Came out next day (Saturday) no extra charge. Found problem in minutes (bad capacitor). This was during our 90+ degree days in early July. Tech didn't have the exact cap on the truck but provided one close enough in value to get my system running. Came back 2 days later and installed correct cap in system... I didn't even need to be there for that. Cost of service was reasonable.
Tech was clean, friendly, efficient and honest. People on the phone are extremely friendly and helpful as well. I had used them in the past and will continue to do so if necessary.

I had an evening AC outage. Phil arrived within the hour and fixed the situation. Company was so impressive I signed up for the maintenance program. Both Phil and Susan were friendly and professional. I've used many heating and cooling services and this one is right at the top.
