Wise Heating and Cooling LLC

I hired these guys in the Spring to clean out my furnace intake since birds keep building nests in it. They did such a professional job I called them for a bid on a new furnace when ours came of age and was needing to be replaced. They quoted us on a really nice system (16 seer, 3.5 ton), for $4000 below one of their bigger company competitors had quoted.

Their guys came out in the morning a week after I signed the contract, and had everything professionally installed, working, new thermostat programed, etc by 4pm that day. The sheet work by Wise was simply some of the best I've ever seen. They went the extra mile and fixed some other minor issues that weren't even in scope. This company is the real deal,

Had to get a new A.C. last Friday. Shopping around stuck. But when I came across this company they made things much smoother and was very kind. They explain things to me and showed me different products that would work best for me and my family. I also finance through them and it was the best deal I have found. The guys who came out were , polite and very clean about about taking out my old A.C. and putting the new one in. The best company in and around my area. I will be buying my heater from them in the future. Thank you for hiring good people.

Wise provided a same day service call when temps were -7 outside and snowy. Technician was on time, wore shoe covers, and was able to troubleshoot and solve our problem in under an hour. Great service!

Wise has been excellent. I love to support local companies, and this one is terrific. All the techs that have been to our home have been courteous and professional, explained the issues to us and how they were going to remedy it. Susan who does their scheduling is always pleasant and helpful. Renovating a home we've dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors, and I wish they were all run with the integrity that Wise is.

Working with Wise Heating was very easy and friendly. My call was for no heat and they were able to get a service rep out quickly the same day. The rep was professional and efficient- diagnosing the problem quickly and returning with the correct part within an hour. Everything was explained clearly and the up front quote is what I paid. My heat was fixed that afternoon along with several other routine maintenance inspections. This is my second service call with this company and I highly recommend them.

Wise Heating and Cooling LLC really helped our family. We realized at 4:30 on a Friday that our furnace was not working and it was supposed to be 17 degrees that night. Knowing how hard it would be to find someone on a Friday after hours without being charged $300/hr would be impossible, I called Wise from a recommendation by my sister in law and they actually called me even though it was after hours on a Friday and Steve was AWESOME! He was in our area and at our home within 15 minutes. The fix was super quick and Steve also double checked that the furnace was in otherwise good working order. And, the after hours cost was SUPER affordable. Please call Wise!

Our A/C was not cooling our house, which is only 5 years old. Could not get an appt for more than 2 weeks at our previous a/c company. Called Wise and was offered next day appt. Jesse came out and immediately figured out the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very reasonable price for labor and part. Staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for any future needs.

Very happy with Wise heating and cooling. We have a service agreement with them and after researching I found them to be the best price at $189 year for two checkups. One in the fall for the furnace and one in the spring for cooling. Everyone I talked to when choosing this company and having had two checkups so far have been very nice and informative. Tech Steve B. has been our service tech for the two visits and he has been cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will try and request Steve for all of the checkups if possible. Thanks to Steve and the others at Wise!

Update 05/24/20. Well, as I posted above I thought I was paying a fair price for our maintenance agreement with Wise. But after just one year of paying $189/yr for two checkups they raised it to a whopping $300/yr! I don’t know why they think it’s now worth a $111/yr increase. We don’t so I promptly cancelled it. Bummer....
