In December our system was not heating correctly, we had just had it installed by someone else, however they were not able to come out in a timely manner, from recommendation of others we called Jacob’s they came out that evening, and knew exactly what the issue was had the part on the truck and fixed it that day.
They were professional, timely, and very efficient. Customer services met and exceeded our expectations and we haven’t had any issues since.
Highly recommend.

My sister in law just bought a house found out the furnance was leaking and had 375ppm of carbon monoxide in the home theycame out check the furnance came back the next installed a new furnance hi highly recommend them

These guys are awesome!! I have used Jacob’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing a few times now, first for a hot water tank issue that happened on a Saturday and just recently for a water leak that was coming from behind a sealed wall on a Sunday. Both times Jacobs Plumbing came out to my residence to fix an issue they were on time and very professional. Neither time was I charged a high premium for a weekend call. Who does that anymore? When I received my invoices for the work Jacob’s plumbing did the amount was much less than what I was expecting. I totally recommend these guys for your plumbing issues; they are knowledgeable and professional and have great troubleshooting skills that get to the source of the problem quick. Jacob’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing is my plumber of choice.

They were prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and had a part to fix it. Above all, there was no upcharge for Saturday service.

I am new to town, googled furnace repair and the first one I called said not taking new customers. I have no heat, so I googled again and luckily I called Jacob’s Heating and Cooling. They are sending someone out right away. So I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Our shower faucet broke and we thought we had a bigger problem then we could personally fix. I saw the 5 star rating and decided to give them a call. We called them and they were out within 3 hours of the call and fixed it within 15 minutes! Great customer service, very friendly and I will definitely be using them again for all of our needs! Very impressed.

I am truly blessed that I have heat again especially with children.. Chris was very polite and got here quickly. I will definitely use their services again. I will also recommend them to family and friends. I can see why they have 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Our heater went out at 6am when my husband was out of town. I chose to call Jacob’s heating because of the great reviews. I am sure glad I did! I called at 7:00am and the receptionist (Sara) was very kind and said she would send someone out at 8:30am so I didn’t have to be without heat all day. Chris showed up promptly on time and was beyond professional and kind. He identified and fixed the issue immediately.
It is exceptionally rare to find companies with such high integrity in their work. This is one of those companies!
