They were very easy to work with. On time, responsive, and easily explained the process to us. They added both a new furnace system and AC to our home. Will definitely be working with them in the future for our HVAC maintenance and service calls.

We are selling a house and needed a plumber to take care of a repair. I saw the 5-star reviews online for Jacob's, and decided to take a chance. These days you don't know if someone will do a good job and/or if they are going to be honest. They were willing to help us and they were able to come the same day! More importantly, I feel confident that they cared about the job that they did, and they were helpful in dealing with a warranty company. I seriously felt that we were in good hands, and I could relax and depend on them to get things repaired. They did an outstanding job...and I'm picky! I would highly recommend using Jacob's for any service that they offer. They are my new heating/cooling/plumbing providers, for sure! The price was very reasonable. Removed and Replaced a tub with a heat pipe in the original tube wall and replaced 2 of our dated over 20 year old boiler heat systems with extensive pipe rerouted for high efficiency Boiler heating system and removed all air from lines.
Excellent service and professional guidance on operation with new thermostat installs for house and at several rental buildings. Installed shower valves at 3 different locations, Excellent response service and price.
Repaired 3 furnaces and 2 hot water tanks at other locations.
And installed 2 other hot water tank systems with no leaks.

Very helpful replaced several valves in showers on 2 of our properties and a toilet and wax ring on a toilet at a 3rd location. Price very fair priced and cleaned up after very excellent service and extremely polite and helpful. Also came out on a emergency call for a broken valve within 15min and had it fixed under a hour.

I can't say enough good things about Jacob's. Our furnace went out on the weekend and I called early Saturday morning and they fit me in between calls the same day, and no extra charge for coming on Saturday! They worked hard to find the part locally so that we wouldn't have to wait to order it and their office staff even called and offered to let me borrow some space heaters while they got the part. The office staff was great and kept me informed every step of the way and the technicians that were in my home were so polite and kept everything so clean and took such care with everything they came in contact with in my home. I'll definitely be using Jacob's for all my heating and plumbing and also to install a new air conditioner this summer!

Called them when our furnace went down late in the evening, within 12 hours they were here and had us up and running...couldn't be happier with the service provided from the lady that answered the phone to the technician that came to house and payment process....Hands down one of the nicest companies I have worked with....will definitely be using them for future needs.

My central air wasn’t cooling our home properly and, with it being the middle of summer, I assumed we would have to wait several days for someone to come out. I found Jacob’s Heating on Google and they had great reviews, so I called them up 1st thing in the morning and they had someone to my house in less than 30 minutes! He was very polite and very knowledgeable and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes. I know it may not be typical that someone is out to my house that quickly, I might just have gotten lucky that particular day, but I will definitely be using Jacob’s for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Even the person that answered the phone was very friendly as well and I was able to conveniently pay over the phone. Normally A/C and heating issues are huge inconveniences and headaches, but this was the easiest and quickest transaction! I definitely recommend this company!
