This a great company! We used them from start to finish. Nate the sale represent, was very helpful on our needs of what kinds of units! The men that put them in where great ! Couldn't tell that they had been here installing the units! They where on time and efficient!

Our A/C stopped spinning overnight and they were able to send a technician out that morning. Keith came out and was very polite and informative. He provided us with a price for the part and our options. He was able to fix our A/C within an hour or so. Highly recommend!

The man who did the inspection was very friendly, courteous, and always covered his feet when he came in. That was greatly appreciated.

I was impressed with the service that Josh gave us. He helped us so much and was quick to come when we needed him. Josh was friendly and explained the problem clearly. We will for sure call them again when we need help.

Had a blown transformer on furnace, diagnosed/labor/parts was around 450, both techs were nice and professional, they told my wife it wouldn’t be expensive to replace fan limit switch and it was pretty simple to install. They left a voicemail saying $660 to install a fan limit switch? I don’t think so. Switch is on Amazon for $130, installed myself. I would have done more business with them if they didn’t want to take advantage of me. Will not use this company again

Very happy with Detmer’s service and products. Arrived at the scheduled time and gave me all the options. Don’t plan on needing it, but would use detmer again.

Service technician was absolutely professional and such a good personality.

Had a heat pump installed and all went well. Had a minor hiccup during a cold snap and this was addressed quickly and efficiently. Julius was a BIG help answering my questions after the installation process and further education was realized from experiencing the shifts in the weather, i.e. when the heat pump works and when the furnace uses oil to heat the home, as there are distinctly different sounds from each cycle. Thank you Detmer and Sons for serving me!!

Detmer did a great job and was able to install my new furnace and AC very quickly.

Andre did a thorough inspection of two furnaces and humidifiers. He was on time and performed his tasks professionally. I will continue to subscribe to the preventative maintenance plan Detmer offers. Extremely happy with the value received and the availability of service in the event of an emergency.
