Everything with their service is great and the company will absolutely come out as often as it takes to make sure everything is working as it should. I knocked off one star because it took 4 attempts to get it right.

I am so pleased with the service that Josh provided. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My furnace was misfiring and not reaching the chosen temperature. He, quickly repaired my furnace by emptying the inducer and clearing the condensate drain line. I will most definitely stick with Detmer for any future HVAC issues!

The installation price was quite fair, over a $1000 less for the than my prior HVAC company for the same Lennox furnace and a better warranty, that I decided was no longer trustworthy. The Detmer and Sons Installation Technicians arrived on time (actually a little early) and were quite professional during the installation. I even saw one of the Technicians cleaning dust off an intake vent and they were even aware that I was watching, shows you they care about providing great service. I would highly recommend Detmer and Sons both for their fair pricing and service!

Excellent service and value! They came out the next day to provide an estimate for a new air handler and had it installed two days later! When our old thermostat went out they had someone there within 20 minutes in the late hours of the evening to ensure we had running heat overnight. We are first time customers and will use them for years to come!
