We get the annual coverage that includes winter and summer person coming out and making sure the heater and air conditioner are running. It is a security for those of us that are 65 and older to know we are being taken care of. Job well done! Thank you!

Detmer has been excellent in maintaining our geothermal unit. We can’t say enough about their professionalism, promptness, and skill that they have repeatedly shown to us. Even on a holiday with short notice they came out and fixed our unit. Thankful to have found them!

So we thought we were getting great service and very nice. We signed up for there annual plan and they would come out and we thought they were fixing our furnace problems. Would charges us for a new parts and labor every time. They never actually fixed the problem and then after plan ran out said we need a new furnace or a very expensive fix 1300 dollars. We found the part we needed on Amazon for 300 dollars and put in ourselves. Took us 10 minutes. We saved so much money and only watched a you tube video to get it done. I will never use them again. Your better off doing it yourself. These guys are scam artists in my opinion. Hope this helps someone.

Got multiple quotes for a furnace replacement. Chose Tim and his team for offering a great product at a competitive price. The HVAC technicians did quality work replacing the 25 year old furnace. The furnace intallation looks identical to the replaced one, which gives me confidence it will work for another 25+ years. Additionaly, they updated the old piping to modern standards and did courtesy work to help reduce vent noise. The high efficiency furnace required a flue be installed, and they did great job running it aligned with the home's I beam to reduce clutter, professional work all around.

Detmer installed a humidifier on our existing HVAC system. The work done is very professional and operates great. They left no mess at all. Based upon their work, scheduling, on-time arrival and professionalism, I've signed up for their annual maintenance service plan which provides 24 hour emergency service, annual maintenance and some discounts. I'm very happy with Detmer and recommend them without reservation.

We have relied on Detmer & Sons on in the past with issues on our heating and AC system and we were very happy with their professionalism in handling those issues very promptly. Well on Saturday July 1st, we had another issue with the system unrelated to the past issues. We made a telephone call very early in the morning and received a call back promptly from Andre, the technician. He listened to what our issue was and within a hour and half, he was at our doorstep. He did an inspection of our equipment and quickly went into action to resolve the problem, which he did effectively, even while it was raining!!!!!! He was very professional, friendly and informative in advising me the cause of the problem and how he was fixing it.
As mentioned, I have used Detmer and Sons in the past and again, they did not disappoint me! I'm very happy with this company in all aspects! If you have a furnace or AC issue, call Detmer and Sons. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have had two experiences with Detmer….a competitor told me I needed a new furnace. I requested a second opinion and Detmer found my furnace in good working order. I now use Detmer for my regular maintenance. Such friendly staff and they walk through everything with me and explain it so I understand! Detmer is my “go-to” from now on!!!
