My tech arrived in a timely fashion and wasn't put off by my dogs. He performed his check of my A/C system very thoroughly in a small amount of time and was pleasant while doing so. Detmer always treats us right.

Detmer installed an add on himifier to my current system. My furnace is electric as I do not have propane or natural gas. In the winter time it gets very dry in our home and we previously have used a portable / refill required humidifier now no more lugging around containers of water! After 2 days of operation it was absolutely noticeable how much more comfortable the entire house felt! Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to add this! Thanks Detmer and the technicians job well done!!

I had an issue with my furnace not heating the house all the way up in the middle of winter. Though they did take quite a while to get here, but they still came the same day. The problem was easily fixed and taken care of quickly. I will undoubtedly call them again should I have any other HVAC issues and should they still be servicing the area. Thanks guys!

I have used Detmer a couple of times, and have been pleased overall. They provide comprehensive services, and are knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They discover a defective part in my compressor unit, and had the part on their truck. Repair was done in the minimum amount of time. Would recommend them!

Detmer was very efficient in dispatching the tech to my home. I requested 30 min notice to travel home from work, which they happily did.
The tech, Andre, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He provided me with useful information on filter selection and furnace function to check over the weeks after his visit.
There was no upselling that other companies often try to do, just fixing the problem.
The whole process was incredibly smooth. I felt good settling up the bill at the end.

Our family has used Detmer for years. We started the maintenance program with them and The technician did a better maintenance procedure than we have experienced with other companies. We are happy!

My husband always took care of this stuff but he passed away in August and Detmer & sons have been great helping me and answering my questions about what I need to do and how often I need to change the filters and how to turn on & off the dehumidifier on the furnace. I am so thankful we picked them when we.got our furnace and air conditioner. Thanks for helping me learn what I need to do to take care of everything.

It was a long all day job but our two technicians kept at it and did a great job! They were knowledgeable and tried their hardest not to damage the surrounding plants.
