Incredibly quick, thorough, professional, and courteous. Tim and Doug and their team were so hardworking, and Tim even discovered a potentially lethal issue with our furnace that he resolved in the same trip. I am so grateful that while working on our ac, he was patient and thorough enough to keep my family safe in our new home!

My furnace stopped working and I called this company. My call was taken right away in the middle of the night. I was told someone would be here mid morning. The gentleman called to let me know they were on their way. Once arrived they went straight to work found my issue and fixed it quickly. They were in and out within an hour and had my furnace working properly.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service that Ron McClain did installing our new hot water heater. He was very efficient in taking out the old and installing the new. Allen ( your technician)came out and saved us alot of cold days and nights . We have American Home Shield and they sent a technician out 3 times replacing parts and still not fixed . The last technician said we need a new furnace . My furnace is only 5 years old . I thought he was lying and we decided to pay out of our pocket for a second opinion . Wow he saved us . Come to find out the last technician who said we needed a new furnace purposely switched wires on a pressure switch . Allen quickly found the problem and we now have heat . Please give Allen a fantastic review . He's a trust worthy man and professional.

Corey was great. He was out for a hot water tank flush, but took the time to explain some cooling questions I had. Very knowledgeable. I have my AC and furnace through Dormar. Highly recommended.

Whether you’ve got an emergency or not, I highly recommend Dor-Mar and particularly Tim Spence for your hvac needs. Tim was fantastic and helpful and provided service beyond our ask in a very quick timeframe. I only had a furnace repair scheduled but it was because of Tim and dor mar that I cancelled my water heater replacement with another company that I’ve been going to for years.

Bad news: Our 19 year old A/C unit died in the middle of a 90 + degree heat wave in September. We have five kiddos in the house, and we are expecting another. It was 88 degrees in the house.

Good news: We have been customers of Dor-Mar for years, and they responded immediately. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem, and we had a transparent discussion of the options. Replacing the A/C unit was the right option. Matt came out to start the installation of the new unit the same day. In the meantime, Dor-Mar also dispatched two portable A/C units to cool off the infant’s room and the first floor.

Everyone we dealt with (April, Sherry, Greg, Steve, Matt, etc.) was unbelievably professional, unbelievably responsive and unbelievably helpful! We are lifetime customers of Dor-Mar.

The motor in our air conditioning unit was having issues. The parts were checked before being installed. One part had a defect, so the technician had gotten a new one and brought it back and installed it the same day. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the problems.
