Came in and rearranged them in the wrong order promising to come back and fix and restock. 2 Had to call them three times before they came back...three months later. By then the restock order was useless. So they took another order promising to return in one week. They didn't. Repeat step 2. We gave up and use their free bins for Mcmaster Carr items.

Submitted an order online and it took them a minute to trace the paper trail but they found it quickly. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. It's not easy running the world's largest industrial supplier so they did fine by me.

Edit: They gave me the wrong product. I ordered Akro-Mils storage bins and I got the made in Mexico ripoff. I only just found out while installing genuine Akro-Mils shelving for the bins to mount on. One star for lying.

Ohio’s Covid restrictions have been lifted yet Granger still has the stupid plastic things up and don’t protect anybody from anything and when I step to the side of it today my cashier got a little hostile rude with me and told me to get back on my side of the plastic I won’t be shopping there anymore

Standard 40 2.5 inch 10 ft. Saved 13 dollars a pipe over lowes. (Electrical conduit). 260 dollars overall savings

They stock nothing everything is a day out. Phones call a call center in another state. Been told several times it was in stock at store when it was not
