Great experience working with YA. Very responsive and professional. Took care of all of the issues with our hearing and air and worked with the warranty company too.

Worked under home warranty. Visited 5x in less than 30 days for no air conditioning. Spent hour 1st day. Then each visit after grew shorter and the time btw visits grew longer. We had to call him about waiting on a part to come in after one week of silence.
On 5th visit was told "I am not making any money coming out here. You need a second opinion"
Sears heating/cooling came in. Part YA replaced was wired incorrectly. Sears was in and out in 20 min. After a full, long, very HOT month we finally had air- no thanks to YA.
We bought: window air unit, fuses, a motherboard, a thermostat out of our own pocket and we are still waiting for reimbursement from warranty company.

Job well done. John, Mike and Yousef worked together as a team. Job was completed as promised.
