Website mentioned they're open Saturday 8 am- 1 pm! Got on the road from Mentor, took me 45 days to get there and guess what, there is sign on the door mentioning "Summer Hours: Close Sat. and Sun.! If I could leave less than 1 star for them, I would do it!

Very helpful with options for filtration in my 95 y/o old home. The company that currently makes the filters stopped making them, so options are limited. I was offered a couple of different ways to go, and they were very helpful. Address/phone/website saved.
