Avoid this company at all costs….Tried charging me $325.50 for a service call for a Friday, four days out. I was able to find a competitor to do it before they could come. They showed up early without contacting me, didn’t do any work, and are located near me. When I asked them to reconsider the charges, as I felt they were unfair, they decided to credit me and not do any further work with me. Communication is key. Never again.

Accurate heating and cooling done a great job helping plan around a basement remodel. They came out and removed our old furnace a week earlier so the basement guys can get there work done. Came back and installed a propane furnace and all new duct work. They done a excellent job installing the new furnace and ductwork. Would definitely recommend them for any furnace repair or replacement. Thank you for a great job done on time at a great price.

The valve on our water furnace had broken and we were forced to turn it off in the middle of a winter storm. As we started calling repair shops we were told that the original valve was on backorder for several months and we would have to use emergency heat while we waited. The folks at Accurate thought out of the box and working with the manufacturer found a substitute part. Their fast, professional actions got our furnace up and running in just a couple of days. We will definitely call them the next time we need help.

Our mother in Circleville needed a new furnace to heat the basement of her home, Mike went out and offered her several options and fully explained which one would fit her needs the best. I live in Florida and Mike answered all of my questions and scheduled a convenient time for the installation. His crew showed up on time and explained to my mother what they were doing then installed the new unit, disposed of the old one, tested and reviewed operation of the new unit to her and cleaned up the work area. Accurate heating and cooling responded quickly to our needs. Within a week of diagnosing a problem with 27 year old air conditioning system, we had an entirely new heating and cooling system installed. The two gentlemen that showed up at our house were polite, courteous and hard-working. They worked hard to keep our house neat and clean while they worked. They were willing to share information about the new system and how it operated. The furnace unit when first delivered had a dent in the side. The installer would not except this unit and ordered a new one. The new unit was delivered within an hour. Everything was finished in less than one day and the system has worked perfectly since installation.

Accurate came out and gave us an estimate to replace our heat pump. They were competitively priced. They came when they said they would. They went over how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter once complete. We had a piece of duct work that had a hole in it and they came back the very next day and had it fixed quickly. They have followed up with us to ensure all is well and that we are happy with our new system, which we are.
