a new heat pump put in last year everything worked find you until winter about froze to death paid $10,000 had somebody come out they charged me $200 to service it my auxiliary heat never comes on and it's just now a year-old it's a Daikin I have to get somebody else out here that knows what they're doing to fix if I had to do it over again if I had to do it all over again I definitely wouldn't have called this company

Nelson Comfort Techs Perry and Morgan showed up on time and ready to work. Both were GREAT!! My experience with Nelson was flawless and will certainly refer them to friends and family. This new Daikin FIT Heat Pump is awesome!!

Very honest and respectable company. Had an issue with billing that included unapproved work from a technician. The company was fair about the work and removed it from the bill. All the office staff members were super respectful and prompt about addressing issues. After the system was fixed, there was a new issue that occurred. They sent out their tech promptly to address the issue. Overall, we will be using this company again should we need further work due to their phenomenal customer service.

Nelson was professional, prompt and efficient. Could not have been more satisfied. His contact info is now in my cell phone list where very "few" contractors exist. Thank you again.

A/C repair service for a unit they sold and installed for me several years ago. They were easy going on the phone and onsite. They listened to me and worked with me (i didn't want to void my warranty, fixing a repair i could of handled on my own technically, by ordering a generic matching part online) w2They fixed the problem I had diagnosed quickly once they made it out here to service the unit.. I would of subtracted a star for that in my review, except I filled out a thing on their website for a free service call with any repair. The part was under limited warranty for 10 years. I ordered the unit 4-5 years ago. They indtalled it and carried parts on service vehicles for these Trane A/C units. In my case it was a bad capacitor for the outside fan. Onsite test and repair took 30 minutes or less and I only paid the limited warranty (predefined) price for that part, and the service call fee waived (for free). So, we were back up and running in no time after that. Been fine the last few days since the repair and it's only gotten hotter outside each day since. Thank you!

We contacted Nelson Comfort 10/5/22 for a free 2nd opinion to replace our old Trane furnace. Mike came to our home the next day and provided an estimate for a Lennox gas furnace replacement and an Aprilaire humidifier (which was not included on our first estimate from our current HVAC company). Mike's estimate was well over $1000 below our first estimate. Early today (10/10/22), exactly one week after learning our furnace needed to be replaced, Matt arrived to install our new Lennox furnace (and humidifier). Matt and Tyler completed the installation in 5 1/2 hours. They were prompt, courteous, and professional, and they answered all of our questions. We are entirely satisfied with their work and with the price we paid for our new furnace. We strongly recommend you consider Nelson Comfort if you find yourself in need of a new furnace.

I've used Nelson Comfort ever since I moved in 14 years ago. Every single person at this company presents themselves in a professional manner and always leave the job site better than they found it - that's one of the reasons I keep coming back. They'll answer you straight even if it's not in their best interest as a company - and often I find that their advice on next steps or equipment choices ends up being the decision I'd make myself. Besides A/C, in the past they've also installed a thermostat and a furnace for me - all top notch jobs. The most recent gentlemen I've had here (Matt, Mike and Eric) all were great to work with. Love this company and couldn't recommend higher.

From the maintenance tech who had to inform me it was time for a new A/C system (it had been pending for several years) to the Installation of the new system, all were A-one, 5-star, Blue Ribbon! Nelson Comfort has not disappointed me in all the years I've been with them.

Steven was great! We moved in to a new home that has geothermal heating & cooling. We had no knowledge of how the system worked. Steven took the time to explain everything and taught us how everything works. Very happy to have their service and will use them again in the future!

We had a mini split unit installed in our upstairs bedroom, which is a finished attic. The difference in the quality of our sleep has been significant. Our technician Matt was timely, professional, and efficient. We will definitely use them again for any heating/cooling needs!
