    The HVAC technician Matt came and was professional and polite. He wore shoe covers which wasn’t necessary but he did anyway.
    The speed with which he fixed the unit was impressive. Highly recommend

    I thought I needed a new thermostat. The man arrived late in the day. I am only approximately 1 mile from Jonle. The man walked in the door, went straight to the thermostat & looked at it. He told me that the "hold" button must be depressed to keep the thermostat from defaulting to previously programmed temps. It took, at best, 5 minutes. I then had to pay $89.00 for 5 minutes in my home. I don't know how the man had the nerve to take the check. I have gone to Jonle for over 25 years. I will NO LONGER do business with a place that rips people off. AND. ALL of my friends & neighbors will know about this experience.

    JonLe came highly recommended, however I was very disappointed. I had a minor leak in an evaporator coil for my AC. Their only offered solution was to replace my entire system at a cost estimated at over $7,000.00. Ouch. They were pushy and eagerly recommended this expensive solution even prior to doing any diagnostics. They even told me it was an "Old R22 unit", which it was not. The poor attitudes started at the appointment maker, continued with the tech, and ended with a phone estimate from the (owner?) office for the $7,000.00+. I went to another local company, had the system corrected and back up in one day for less than 10% of the replacement cost estimate from JonLe.. It continues to run well.

    AMAZING customer service! Our saleman, Frank, was great! The technicians, Jared, Steve, Ruben were so polite and friendly! They arrived on time, had carpet protectors down while they worked, cleaned everything after they finished the install.....very impressed with Jonle. THANK YOU for your hard work!

    This is very likely my last year as a Jonle customer. After 25 years when I first purchased my Carrier furnace to today when I had a repair, costs have gotten considerably higher and higher.

    By comparison to a large HVAC business, 48% higher. The comparison to a smaller family-owned business is 38% higher.

    The service has been good and the equipment has performed well. But when it's time to replace the current units, I will be looking elsewhere even if the new stuff is fairly priced. I simply can't justify the future repair costs.

    Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well... They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge.. very cool. They are my go to.

    I had an 11 year old AC and heat pump that was leaking Freon. It was out of warranty and did not want to invest in the quoted repair. I worked with Robert Robida who was able to present me with options quickly. The new units are installed and I could not be happier.
