JonLe Heating & Cooling

AC went out this past August and got a few quotes from a few companies and went with JonLe, so glad we did, they were extremely Professional, super nice guys!! Made the whole experience, from the call to the office, coming out to give a quote, to set it up, to the installation as well as the clean up they took care to make sure we were in good hands. Will Definitely Highly Recommend them to anyone in need of AC/Furnace Installation, had easy financing available was also a huge plus!

Jonle came out and replaced the capacitor on my air conditioner. At the time, the tech told me he might need to come back and put more freon in the unit but to run it for a few days and just call back if it didn't work right. A few days later it stopped working. Temps were cooler so I opened the windows, turned off the unit, and called back several days later. Then another tech came out and told me that the compressor was bad and I would need a whole new AC unit. When I asked what could cause that, he told me that running the unit low on freon could make it overheat and go out. When I called the company to figure out what was going on and come to a good solution, the manager Mark was defensive, rude, and quick to say what his techs told me was wrong in an attempt to deflect responsibility. He even went so far as to blame me for not calling the failure in quickly enough (the tech told me that as long as I called back within 30 days there wouldn't be an additional charge for coming out again, and frankly I wasn't looking forward to another AC bill). I understand that no one can say for sure why the compressor went out but it seems very coincidental to me. His proposed solution? $300 off a new unit. No thanks, I'll take my business to a company with competent techs and managers who at least pretend to care. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

We move in 10 years ago. Several year ago we had JonLe service our two systems. Our AC units we’re now 15 years old and needed replaced along with the coils.
JonLe gave us great prices, great service and the staff finished the job on both systems in one day.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with both the office staff and the technicians. They recently did a great job installing our new heat pump and air filtering system. We have also used them for years for regular maintenance (and repairs as our prior heat pump got older).

JonLe Heating and Cooling is a company I can speak of in the highest of terms. I have been a customer of theirs for 16 years. Although I am 100% happy with JonLe, I gathered bids from ALL of the top rated companies for a brand new system. Some companies try to scare you into things you don't need while others cut out essential items just to make a sale. I already new that from a service standpoint JonLe was second to none. Sooner or later you will need emergency service and when you do JonLe will win you over. Best of all, they also have the BEST PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the initial phone call to the end, Jonle delivered everything they promised! Our new furnace and air conditioner work great!! Mike B. was very informative and patient while we made our decision. The installers were very polite and left the furance area cleaner than when they arrived! Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with Jonle and would refer them to anyone who needs their services.

Our furnace stopped working in the cold of winter several years ago and Jonle was the only company we called that could come out right away. They were extremely honest and fair in that they did not tell us of unnecessary repairs to make more money. We have not had any problems with the heating since. We highly recommend this company and would use their services again if needed.
