Felt compelled to review based on a great experience this past Valentine’s Day.

We returned from Valentine’s Day dinner to find our heater had failed. Jim was kind enough to come to our home at 10:30 pm and replace the circuit board which had fried.

Above and beyond the call of duty, and very much appreciated. Thank you!

These guys were beyond professional. Very easy to schedule over email and they called before they came out (on time). The tech honored the estimated price even though my wife made him stay longer by bombarding him with questions. Will use them again in the future.

They came out next day after I called in the middle of a heatwave. Had the necessary parts on the truck, and had me up and running in an hour. Fixed a couple other things too.
I couldn't be more pleased.

American Heating just installed a new HVAC system at our house. The people doing the installation were very professional, took care of all the details, and cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely have my business. Called today when my a.c. went out and they showed up today. They truly care,which is so refreshing in today's society. Greg my tech was super nice and really cares about people. So glad I used them. Everyone should.

I needed an AC unit replaced in a very small window of time. Not only did they make that happen, the price was outstanding with excellent service after the sale. A great resource for someone with rental or properties as well as their own home.

So here's a little story with a happy ending...at the end of March our firnace went out. I was able to wiggle some wires, kick a fuse box and TA-DA! It made it another week and (I thought) I saved some money by not having to pay $200 for a service call from some money hungry company in Cincinnati...anyway, Karma caught up to me and 2 weeks ago our central air conditioner went out. No air conditioning, highs in the 90's with a heat index of over 100! Oh, did I mention my wife is 6 months pregnant!? In another effort to save money I had a air conditioner guy come out and look at it and he diagnosed it as a bad compressor and we would need to buy a new system. I was depressed. Then my wife called 3 companies, and she decided to go with American Heating & air Conditioning because the receptionist was nice and they were blocks away from our house in Fairfax.
They sent out a guy named Mike who is about 6'9" tall!! He showed up on time, thoroughly looked at our system inside and out and within 30 minutes told me to turn on my system. TA-DA! COLD AIR!!! He told me what he did, what was wrong and even gave me suggestions about my furnace! This guy is a beast! He was intelligent, quick, honest and knew what he was doing. Best part is the price. They didn't try to up sell me, didn't try to talk me into a payment plan for a new system. Just came out, handled Thier business and saved us alot of money! I will highly recommend the company and Mike for Thier neighborhood business! Now if only they could help me fix my car....

Keith was one of the most efficient people we have had. He was on time, did everything in a timely manner, and was very respectful of the social distancing guidelines by which we are all living. Very happy with this service.

I have used American Heating for 20 years. They are always prompt and very knowledgeable and do an excellent job! I had no heat last week and they came in 1 hour.

The person we met with (Charlie) was very personable, informative and helpful. He explained the options I had, gave advice on things I could do myself to temporarily solve the problem and helped us get connected with free quotes for long term solutions.
