Scheduling was smooth. Jason Hanck was on time and super nice to deal with. Legit friendly and fun to talk to. He explained the work to be done, and completed it in a timely manner. Price wasn't super chear but wasn't super expensive either. Seemed fair for the work done and the promptness of the service. We will totally use them again.

Kobella's is definately a 5 star company with excellent service and knowledge. Being alone, it was comforting to know they would do their best to fix the problem the same day and they did. Kudos to Tyler who did an exceptional job.

My boiler broke and they got me in as soon as possible, same day, and my boiler was fixed same day- tech had to leave to get the part and came back. Very nice, very professional.

I was using One Hour and they did their yearly maintenance on my boiler. To my surprise the heat exchanger to rusted/clogged. It was time for a new one.. I didnt like the price they gave me so I called Kobella (Called them first bc of all the good reviews). They came out and quoted the same boiler but much more cheaper! So I went with them and do no regret it! All the people who were involved with the sale, help over the phone and installers were all professional and kind! I would highly recommend this company!!
