Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

Our pressure tank for our well water setup began leaking. It was a Water Worker from Home Depot. Only lasted 7 years. Tyler from Kobella came out to do a free estimate. The unit clearly needed replaced (see picture).
Kobella replaced the tank with a Flexcon Flex-Lite FL12. It's a more expensive unit, however, its life expectancy is far greater. He completed the work same day. Price was a little more than what I was expecting, but the timeliness and quality of the services and products make up for that. Tyler was also very friendly and nice to talk to. He wore a face covering the whole time and put on slip on shoe coverings to not track anything into the house. Kobella is definitely a plumbing service that's worth keeping in your contacts.

Every aspect of Kobella was top notch. Sales was knowledgeable and cleared. Walked you through every option, all pros and cons. Their pricing is transparent and you know what your paying for.
Scheduling was simple and fast. From getting our estimate to installation was less than a week.
The installers were polite, on time and knowledgeable. They take their time and double check everything to make sure it’s perfect. They even repaired problems with my furnace installation from a previous company and there were many. (Stay away from state heating and cooling)
Do yourself a favor and use Kobella and avoid the headaches, surprises and u easiness that comes with going with a less reputable company.

Jason was very communicative — calling to ask if he could arrive early. Upon arrival he diagnosed my issue within seconds, and had a few options quoted and available. The repair/installation was completed very quickly, and he performed a series of tests to ensure there was no additional problems. The worksite was cleaned up and the old garbage disposal was taken with him.

I’ve used Kobella for a few years for multiple repairs and I’m always left impressed. Would highly recommend.

My water heater broke and the technicians came out and informed me that my water heater was still under warranty. I was able to get the parts needed under the warranty and they came back out and put everything together! It’s working now and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional!

Had a wonderful experience with Kobella. The appointment was set in a very timely fashion. The service technician, Bruno, was professional and courteous. He explained the problem, the different remedies and performed the work quickly and expertly. He cleaned the work area thoroughly and made sure I was happy before he left. I had been dreading the day my ~40 year old boiler was going to bite the dust because I thought it was going to be a huge overwhelming project to get it replaced. Once we found out my old boiler was a lost cause, the owner Mike stopped out to work up the estimate for me, and he was also here the day of the install for the new one as well - which I appreciated. The Kobella crew was very knowledgeable and efficient - they explained everything to me and also took the time to go over the new system with me by showing me how to use it properly. This past Monday I noticed our hot water tank leaking from the bottom and pumping a large volume of water down the drain. Luckily majority of it was being captured in the drip pan. Some water made its way to the carpet but nothing a days worth of a fan running couldn’t fix. With a family of 4 in a new home built in 2017. Having hot water is important . As shocked as I was to see a fairly new tank just gushing water out I know who exactly to call. I called a friend of mine Jon Lanstrum, who is company’s comfort advisor. Who can assist you a multitude of in home improvements. But the professionalism doesn’t stop there. Jon then directed me to Mike C., who is the HVAC Manager. He helped me with all of the options and processes to replace my hot water tank. And they did it the SAME DAY. I highly recommend for anyone with a Rheem hot water tank to consider The Rheem water heater booster. I decided to add this unit since I was replacing the hot water tank anyhow. And let me tell you it increases delivery of hot water 45%. In the last week we cant even turn the hot water on all the way and we have the temperature at industry standard 120 degrees. So we are not compromising the tank by trying to over heat the water. If you are considering a larger hot water tank or an improvement to the Rheem brand. Highly recommend adding this unit. It’s quite affordable too.
And finally the installation. Justin White, one of Kobella’s many experience technicians. Was early for the job, clean, professional and would refer him to anyone. I had such a great experience I decided to sign up for the twice a year inspection of my HVAC/AC units. Proper preventive maintenance.
