Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

Kobella plumbing, heating, and cooling helped change a bad day to a great day. I had returned home from a cancer treatment when I discovered there was no water in my house. I made many phone calls looking for help, even outfits that claimed 24 hour service and Kobella's was the only one to come out. This was on Christmas Eve day and I had kidney stone surgery 1 day earlier. They gave me a 12/25/2022 and a time of between 6pm to 8pm I had explained to them what I had been through and they told me they would put me on list that if they got some cancelations and finished jobs up that may be able to come out sooner. We'll I got a text at 4:30 pm saying there would be technicians there in 15 minutes this is still on Christmas Eve. My family and I were getting to leave to celebrate Christmas Eve with the rest of my family, I told them to go without me and if I was able I would join them when they were done. Long story short they replaced a split pipe that had frozen, a shut off valve and unthawed 2 lines and left my driveway at 6:15 and I was able to still able to make it to my family Christmas Eve.
Thank you so much to the Kobella plumbing, heating, and cooling for standards in service that you have set that all others in the service industry should try to attain. The technicians were courteous, professional, and qualified. This made this Christmas even more special and I wish everyone one at Kobella's a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy, healthy new year.

Kobella was responsive and able to come out last minute on the coldest day of the year! The guys that came out communicated well and they were very professional. I definitely recommend Kobella!

Technician showed up at scheduled time, was not able to do complete repair due to complications out of his control. Once water was shut off he was able to return and finish the repair. All at the scheduled time. Repair was slightly under the quoted price.

Tyler was great, very polite and professional. He installed our whole house water filtration system. As you can see in the picture he did an excellent job. Kobella is an amazing company.

Replacement of a shower cartridge, installation of 3 new toilets and new shut off valves with flex lines for most the water lines in our home. Provided quotes for all services for which we inquired. Kobella office staff courteous and helpful. Excellent appointment/notification and tracking w/picture ID of technicians. Justin W. And Justin H. were extremely professional, courteous and very efficient. They were Respectful of our home with floor/carpet protection. Questions and discussion with Justin W. demonstrated how knowledgeable he is regarding the performance, workings and maintenance of our tankless hot water heater, Reverse Osmosis and water softener systems. Would highly recommend Kobella services and these specific techs.

I recently switched to Kobella after three decades with another service whose once-excellent service was deteriorating. I did the research and latched easily on to Kobella from everything I saw and heard. Their tech person on the first checkup with them was every bit as professional, thorough, and friendly as I had expected. I couldn't hope for more.
