I called them at 10am today for service as a new customer. It’s not even 4:30 now and they have removed our old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Record time! Everyone we encountered at Kobella was super professional, friendly AND prompt!

Jared and Jeremy were 100% professional, tidy, responsible, competent, capable, on time, and did an outstanding job. I am extremely pleased with them and next time I need a plumber I will call Kobella and request them by name. Highly recommended. I don’t know if the work was expensive or not bc I didn’t get a second quote; I went with them because I trusted the strong online reviews, and I’m glad I did because I’ve cut corners in the last and learned that you get what you pay for. I also appreciate that Kobella texted me the morning of the appointment with a photo of the technician who would be coming to my house, which I think many people will appreciate for security purposes.

I had to call on a Sunday. Had a tech come out a short time later and installed a new hot water tank in a few hrs. Didn’t overcharge me. Great service. I will definitely use them again.

I have used Kobella Plumbing and Heating several times now and have NEVER been disappointed. I don't feel like they are just here to work, they come in to my home and make me feel that they are here to help me, not just do a job.

Kobella's service technician when above and beyond! He was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and explained everything he was doing and the work that needed to be done in Great detail. I will absolutely be calling them anytime I have a future job.

Had issues with the water pressure in our house for a couple of months related to our well. Justin W came, diagnosed the issue within 1 minute, replaced our water pressure tank and the issue was resolved within a couple hours. Very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Highly recommended.

I just had a new furnace put in and I have to say the two guys that did it were extremely hard working and were very knowledgeable! They were very respectful and they did a perfect job installing the furnace. These two were young and I like to see young guys out in the work force great job and great job for everyone working there your team is very responsive to every detail thanks again!!!!
