My husband and I were looking for a replacement service provider for our Trane HVAC system after our current provider did not meet our expectations. We called Kobella as we saw many favorable reviews for them on the internet. We were able to schedule appointments quickly; the service reps were on time; they did a very thorough job inspecting our furnace; offered a reasonable contract for yearly inspectations; gave us good advice on what repairs were needed; and overall exceeded our expectations. They truly seem to be interested in their customers the “old fashion” way.

I was very impressed with the quick response and quality service I received from Kobella. Jason did a great job installing a new hot water tank and was very patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

The Service Tech was very professional. He was very polite and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and why. I would Highly recommend him and ask for him the next time we need work done.

I needed my furnace serviced and received an appointment promptly. This appt turned into me needing a new furnace. Everyone from the repair man to the install was perfect. Great communication. Always on time and calls on their way. Reasonable pricing and for the customer service you get, it’s all worth it. I feel confident my furnace will last a long time knowing they’ll be servicing it twice a year.

Very professional service. The repairman gave a full explanation of the problem and costs involved. Showed us the work that had been done and asked if we had any questions. He also gave helpful tips of things to avoid doing to help avoid future plumbing issues.

Kobella is an outstanding HVAC/Plumbing contractor! After a bad experience with WF Hahn - when my hot water tank started leaking, I called the number on the Kobella refrigerator magnet I had purposely kept after receiving their solicitation in the mail at the end of 2021. We were NOT disappointed. Jeremy handled the job professionally. While I was not happy about replacing a 75 gal. power vent tank after only 7 years of use, I saved money on Kobella's annual service plans for HVAC AND Plumbing. Quality work, fair price. I recommend them for any HVAC and/or plumbing needs.

The company does exactly what they say. Professionals all around. Jason worked quickly and efficiently. Can't remember his apprentice's name but the were top notch. Straight forward price and estimate no surprises. Thanks again.

Extremely satisfied. I had an easy job. desoldher a shut off valve for a toilet. The morning of , the technician Bruno, called stated he was on his way and then I received a text with his picture identification for safety and security. He arrived in a timely manner and was Extremely pleasant knowledgeable answered all my questions. Performed the job , cleaned up very efficient and out the door. For all the do it yourselfer’s, YouTube watchers who feel they can do it themselves of which I am one of those. It wasn’t worth it for me to do it. The time energy going back-and-forth to the hardware store. Kobella Plumbing took care of the job faster, more efficient and I know the work was done correctly. And most important price was reasonable. Kobella Plumbing was not the first plumber I called however, they were the first plumber that called me back and scheduled within two days. They will now be the first plumber that I call for any services or issues that I have. Thank you.

This was probably my best experience with an HVAC company service call ever, from the initial phone call, to scheduling the appointment, to the Technician they sent, Shane C., who was excellent, from his diagnosis skills, explaining everything in a manner I could understand, to the actual repair work that another company had been out 2 or 3 times for and it still wasn't fixed.

Therefore, I can highly recommend Kobella Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, as their work was excellent, communication/follow-up was outstading, and I found them to be a very honest, high integrity company. I also love that the Founder is a Veteran of our Armed Forces.
