We woke up to our drains backed up, after calling 3 other local plumbers and either not receiving a call back or an astronomical quote without even coming out, I called Kobella. Not only did they get me scheduled on the first call, they were about to schedule someone same day.
Bruno was dispatched to our house and was so professional and had GREAT customer service. He kept me updated through the whole process, had me sign off on additional charges (no surprise fees!) And explained the findings extremely well.
Kobella will now be our go to plumber should we need one again - hopefully not for a long time, though!
HIGHLY recommend!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company is top-tier. I recently had a water filtration system, sump pump & tankless water heater installed (along with a variety of smaller things). Huge project overall. They were consummate professionals, on time (even offered to come early), the work was immaculate. They cleaned everything up before leaving and communicated everything clearly and patiently. I highly recommend them. Justin (who led my project) was incredible.

Kobella's Team were on time, pleasant, professional, and energetic! They were extremely hard working men.
I would usually give it a 5 🌟 , but I gave it a 4 🌟.
Some of my friends were skeptical at how expensive ($21,000+) it was for the furnace, AC, and water softener.
In my opinion, I thought it was worth it, but time will tell. If my friends said that it was correct (or wrong), then I'll make my adjustment rating.

Helpful company. They came out to assess an issue we have been having. While it could not be completely identified due to the complexity, we have some options moving forward. Andrew was great. He laid everything out for us and worked through different causes. Would use again in the future.

Corporate owned machine. I had them come out to attach a sink, a garbage disposal and the water to the dishwasher after I replaced the cabinets. They came out, plugged the things into their tablet and told me it would be over $2700. I never found out if the person they sent was competent, obviously. I paid my $65 charge for the visit and sent him on his way. The plumber had to enter each task like it was its own job even though attaching a garbage disposal obviously means attaching the drain to the sink, etc. It's a consort of local plumbers with technology overloads. I got a local plumber to come out the next day and happily paid $350 for the hour of work, parts and his experience.

Justin W did a really good job. Exceeded my expectations on the work and is very knowledgeable. We will connect on a future project. Highly recommend. Wish I could give more stars ⭐️ Update: Jared D came out for a different issue and he 100 percent helped me out big time. Called the city for me and discussed the issue was a city problem and they need to fix it. Very honest and a good man. Highly recommend I will only use kobella from now on. Anyone reading this call them now for any issues plumbing related!!!

Being able to rely on and trust a company you call when in need is priceless. Kevin and Noah were patient, answered questions and went way above and beyond what you'd expect, whuch is very rare these days. Thank you!!

Very polite guy came to help same day for my non working furnace. He figured out it was my thermostat. It was going to be 300-600 to replace depending on the unit installed. I wanted to look into getting a smart device. Before buying a thermostat I looked at the wiring on my own to see what I was dealing with. That’s when I saw a red wire unattached. Once I connected it the furnace fired right up. $65 service call is reasonable. $600 for a smart thermostat installed is ridiculous. He would have seen the wire unattached had he began to replace the thermostat. Would he have mentioned it? I don’t think so. I think the pressure to sell is greater than doing the right thing at Kobella. I will not be using them for scheduled maintenance or any other services.
