I called Kobella plumbing and heating after a DIY mini split that I purchased from a big box store and self installed failed to work properly. I called, explained the situation, and asked if they would be willing to work on it. Without hesitation, they politely agreed. A tech came out the next day (Brad) and quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be an error that I had made. Brad explained the system functions to me, and verified that everything was working perfectly before leaving. I can't emphasize enough how knowledgeable, patient, and professional he was. I recently replaced my 2 HVAC systems. The 2 most important choices to make is equipment selection and who will install & service the equipment. For the first choice I picked the Trane 2 stage/variable speed furnace and the single speed A/C. This was based on a Consumer Report survey from 2018 - 2021 looking at Equipment Reliability and Customer Satisfaction. For the second choice, I had talked with 3 HVAC contractors and found Jon at Kobella to be the most thorough, helpful and quick to follow-up during the decision process. Based on these interactions I made the second and the most important decision to go with Kobella. They scheduled the installation quickly, arrived on time and completed the entire installation and start-up in 2 days. The entire crew Mike I, Mike, Greg, Sam, Kyle I & Kyle 2 were all very knowledgeable in what they were doing and even recommended some changes during the installation to improve system performance. I am very pleased with the installation and system performance.

Kobella installed a water softener we purched on-line. They were prompt, courteous and commpetent. They quoted a price several hundred dollars less than their competition and the job came in at that price. The installation went smoothly.
