The installed a Generac generator at my house and then one at my neighbor's. Based on my research of other companies, ARP was the most professional and knowledgeable...the are #2 on Generac list of installers but should be #1....I highly recommend them.

Office representatives are “busy” and do not return calls for service once unit is installed. Once appointment was made after I called again they called to reschedule this appointment. Then called back to argue that it’s not the company’s fault they are busy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This company rocks! The owner explains everything and answers all questions.The guys are knowledgeable, hard working, courteous, and keep the area clean. I can't believe someone would ever put a negative comment on here! I would recommend you call this company for ALL your heating and air needs!

Great company. Came out and fixed my AC about a week ago. There was a small issue today and they came out within the hour to fix at no extra charge. Highly recommend calling them.
